A popular option amongst our home study leaners now is doing their practical assessments via self tape.

BOOTCAMP CPD COURSE IN PERSONAL TRAINING
A fitness boot camp is a type of group physical fitness program that may be conducted by personal trainers. These programs are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of types of exercise. Fitness boot camps as outdoor group fitness classes grew in popularity in the 2000s. In most cases, you can expect to do calisthenics, such as pullups, push ups, lunges and crunches, as well as drills and sprints. A boot camp workout is essentially a type of interval training — bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity. This course carries 6 REPs points.
COMBINED BOXING CPD COURSE IN PERSONAL TRAINING
Fantastic boxing course that will teach you the ultimate in boxing skills. With contributors that include professional boxers and kick boxers. The course will give you inside and in-depth knowledge of boxing skills. Starting from the beginning of Boxing origins and finishing with combinations that will change your clients every workout. The course includes punching basics, footwork and movement, defence strategies, shadow boxing, pad-work and bag-work drills and those all important combinations. To do this course you must have completed your level 2 Gym Instructor course. This course entitles you to 8 REPs points and carries an assessment.
